Bruwer Johannes

a group of armed intruders breached the farm household to execute a violent robbery. During the home invasion, the attackers aggressively targeted the occupants inside the residence. Johannes Bruwer was brutally assaulted and died from multiple severe panga (machete) wounds inflicted by the perpetrators. His 64-year-old wife, Sonja Bruwer, and their domestic worker, Thelma Shezi, were also severely assaulted during the attack and had to be rushed to the hospital in critical condition.Law enforcement authorities from the specialized KwaZulu-Natal Police Midlands Task Team took over the investigation. The dedicated rural safety team successfully tracked down, apprehended, and arrested the suspects involved in the crime.
