Olivier Kerneels

Kerneels, together with Jan Krige (35), Chrissie Stander (27), Johannes Booysen (26), Johannes Booysen’s girlfriend (name and age unknown), and a baby present with Chrissie Stander (not injured), was attacked by four attackers. Kerneels was found dead with a rope around his neck, leant against a tractor; Jan Krige was severely injured and pinned under a tractor; Chrissie Stander was found unconscious on a bed inside the house with a bloodied pick handle nearby; Johannes Booysen and his girlfriend were assaulted with an iron rod; and the baby present with Chrissie was not harmed.
