✝

Peters Andrelette

8 October 2010 · Wolfgat Nature Reservem Cape Town · Western Cape · Stabbed
The victim had left her house on that Friday evening accompanied by a friend to purchase cellular airtime but failed to return home for dinner, prompting severe concern from her family. She was abducted, stripped of her clothing—including her blue jeans, Levi sneakers, red scarf, and black tracksuit top—and subjected to an exceptionally brutal assault. She died after being raped, severely mutilated, and stabbed 120 times. The attack was so vicious that her face was completely torn to pieces, leaving her body unrecognizable to the extent that her mother, Lonely Taai, was only capable of identifying her remains via a distinct personal tattoo when a news report surfaced regarding an unidentified woman found near the beach area.
