Laaper Ronald

During the late afternoon at approximately 5:30 PM, armed perpetrators ambushed the victim as he arrived home at his residence on the estate. Ronald Laaper was shot in the hip during the initial confrontation and subsequently succumbed to his injuries, being declared deceased at the scene.
