Age 81. Perpetrators executed the tactical attack by infiltrating the farm property and ambushing George Nel. During the violent encounter, the attackers managed to strip the elderly farmer of his personal firearm. He was severely bludgeoned across the head with his own weapon, sustaining catastrophic trauma. Following the physical assault on George Nel, the perpetrators turned the firearm on his domestic employee—whose full name remains unlisted within open public archives due to a lack of digitized media coverage from that period—and shot her dead at the scene. The attackers then plundered the home before fleeing into the surrounding terrain.
