Kotze Stefanus

Age 67. During a violent home invasion, the 69-year-old Nick Engelbrecht, was confronted by the attackers and shot in his upper left arm. He then ran to the neighbouring farmhouse of Mr Kotze. The perpetrators then turned the firearm directly on Stefanus Kotze, shooting him in the face and killing him instantly on the scene. Following the execution, Stefanus Kotze’s wife managed to evade the immediate line of fire, locked herself and the house down securely, and activated emergency protocols to alert regional policing frameworks. Realizing the household defences had been initiated, the armed attackers abruptly aborted the robbery and fled the scene into the darkness.
