Wilkenson William Turner "Kokkie"

Age 89. During the attack he was shot several times in the head, chest, arm and back. He survived the initial shooting, but the gunshot wounds left him completely paralyzed. After a struggle of almost three months in the hospital, he died on 20 June 1998 as a result of the gunshot wounds and medical complications caused by the paralysis.
