An armed gang—which included a disgruntled former or current employee—broke into the home, tied up all seven victims, and forced them to hand over their bank pins.The suspects then forced them into the family's Ford Ranger, drove them roughly 200 kilometers away to a secluded bush area in Melmoth, and executed them. Three of the victims were shot to death, while the remaining four were brutally stabbed to death.Four suspects have since been arrested by police and face multiple counts of murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, and rape in the Kwadukuza Magistrate's Court.
